Focus and Expertise As a coach and consultant, Stephen E. Bangert has served the needs of companies and their executives for nearly 25 years. Background and Experience Dr. Bangert has delivered coaching and consulting services to a variety of corporate and individual clients with outstanding success. He has authored a number of programs, videos and survey instruments used in his practice; he is uniquely prepared to help identify problems, analyze data, design solutions and produce positive results. Holding a Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh, Steve has an in-depth understanding of training and development, supervision, organization development, and human behavior; he has applied his knowledge in areas of employee attitudes and motivation, organizational structure and dynamics, succession planning, sales training, career/life balance issues, executive coaching and non-financial retirement planning. In addition he has done research in gerontology and wrote his dissertation on terminal patient care.
Steve is prepared to help corporations and individuals by delivering coaching and consulting programs addressing their developmental needs. This includes training and development in core leadership skills, facilitation of small groups in problem solving, and executive coaching on professional and personal issues.
